We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support the planning and execution of partnership initiatives for the fair. The role will serve as the point of contact for sponsors and collaborators, ensuring seamless communication, delivery of partnership commitments, and successful on-site activations. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced event environment while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
1. Provide overall assistance to the Partnerships team
2. Co-ordination and communication with all on-ground partners, including sponsors, F&B vendors, and retail collaborators, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with fair objectives.
3. Serve as the point of contact for all partner-related queries, requests, and updates
4. Co-ordinate all communications and liaise between all partners and internal fair teams
5. Assist the partnerships team in developing and executing brand collaborations, activations, and co-branded marketing campaigns.
6. Ensure all sponsor entitlements are delivered in accordance with agreements — including branding, placement, promotional mentions, and onsite activations.
7. Prepare comprehensive post-event reports for sponsors and partners, including metrics, visuals, engagement insights, and feedback summaries.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in partnerships, marketing, events, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel/ Sheets, including formulas, formatting, and accurate data management.
• Strong organisational and project co-ordination skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• An interest in art and culture is a plus
